- Entries are automatically entered once all the required steps are completed.
- How the promotion works
- Residents are required to utilize the services of a participating service provider.
- Residents need to register on their respective estate directory platform and required to leave a review on the service providers listing page.
- Entries are automatically entered for the draw once the reviews are approved.
- Duration
- The promotion runs from the first day to the last day of every month.
- Nate Park at its sole and absolute discretion, may amend or discontinue the promotion without notice.
- All entries are valid for the month stipulated on their payment receipt.
- Eligibility
- Residents who have used and reviewed the participating service providers.
- All participating service providers are marked with a purple dot and qualify for the draw.
- A minimum order of R150 must be made from a participating service provider to qualify.
- Residents must be above the age of 18 years to qualify.
- Prizes
- Qualifying winners stand a chance to win cash, vouchers or free services from service providers for each month (30 days).
- Notifications
- All draw results, rules and terms and conditions updates will be published to www.estatedirectory.co.za as well as on the estate directories themselves. Please check these platforms regularly for notifications.
- Claims
- Winners are required to provide certification of identity and current proof of residence.
- All boarding residents are required to provide the documents of owner/tenant as stated in the above clause in addition to an affidavit that they are boarding and their own certification of identity.
- A 30 days’ time frame from date of notification is given for winners to claim their prize. If prizes are not claimed within 30 days, a re-draw will take place. If the prize is not claimed after the 2nd draw, the prize will be forfeited.
- If winners can not provide proof of sale, then the prize is forfeited and a red-draw will take place.
- General
- Nate Park reserves the right to screen all reviews and reject any reviews they deem inappropriate or invalid.
- Nate Park, their respective directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, subsidiaries and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including but not limited to physical harm or death, howsoever arising from or as a result of a person’s participation of the services and/or the terms and conditions of this promotion.
