The following Terms and Conditions contain assumptions of risk and/or liability by you and limit and exclude liabilities, obligations and legal responsibilities which Nate Park (PTY Ltd and their subsidiaries together referred to as the (“Promoters”) will have towards you and other persons. These Terms and Conditions also limit and exclude your rights and remedies against the Promoters and place various risks, liabilities, obligations and legal responsibilities on you. These Terms and Conditions may result in you being responsible for paying additional costs and amounts and the Promoters may also have claims and other rights against you.
  2. To the extent that the Terms and Conditions or any goods or services provided under the Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (the “Consumer Protection Act”), no provision of the Terms and Conditions are intended to contravene the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and therefore all provisions of the Terms and Conditions must be treated as being qualified, to the extent necessary, to ensure that the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are complied with.
  3. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Participation in this offer will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this offer.
  4. Introduction
    • The Purple Dot Draw is a promotion service for residents who have registered on their relevant directory and placed a review on any participating service providers listing page.
    • Entries are automatically entered once all the required steps are completed.
  1. How the promotion works
    • Residents are required to utilize the services of a participating service provider.
    • Residents need to register on their respective estate directory platform and required to leave a review on the service providers listing page.
    • Entries are automatically entered for the draw once the reviews are approved.
  1. Duration
    • The promotion runs from the first day to the last day of every month.
    • Nate Park at its sole and absolute discretion, may amend or discontinue the promotion without notice.
    • All entries are valid for the month stipulated on their payment receipt.
  1. Eligibility
    • Residents who have used and reviewed the participating service providers.
    • All participating service providers are marked with a purple dot and qualify for the draw.
    • A minimum order of R150 must be made from a participating service provider to qualify.
    • Residents must be above the age of 18 years to qualify.
  1. Prizes
    • Qualifying winners stand a chance to win cash, vouchers or free services from service providers for each month (30 days).
  1. Notifications
    • All draw results, rules and terms and conditions updates will be published to www.estatedirectory.co.za as well as on the estate directories themselves. Please check these platforms regularly for notifications.
  1. Claims
    • Winners are required to provide certification of identity and current proof of residence.
    • All boarding residents are required to provide the documents of owner/tenant as stated in the above clause in addition to an affidavit that they are boarding and their own certification of identity.
    • A 30 days’ time frame from date of notification is given for winners to claim their prize. If prizes are not claimed within 30 days, a re-draw will take place. If the prize is not claimed after the 2nd draw, the prize will be forfeited.
    • If winners can not provide proof of sale, then the prize is forfeited and a red-draw will take place.

    • Nate Park reserves the right to screen all reviews and reject any reviews they deem inappropriate or invalid.
    • Nate Park, their respective directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, subsidiaries and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including but not limited to physical harm or death, howsoever arising from or as a result of a person’s participation of the services and/or the terms and conditions of this promotion.
    • Nate Park reserves the right, at any time, to change these terms and conditions and any rules relating to this Promotion, its products and the subscription, and to modify the subscription at its discretion.
    • Nate Park reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the subscription or the Promotion, with notice, without liability to you or any third party.
    • Nate Park reserves the right from time to time to vary the charges of the subscription as may be deemed necessary in its discretion.
    • See www.estatedirectory.co.za for the Promotion rules and updated Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes to rules and/or Terms and Conditions are effective from the date that they are published on the website or elsewhere in any media.
    • Nate Park shall be entitled to disqualify any entry, if such an entry is involved in any fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
    • All Draw Results are final.
